Cancellation Policy – Soon Soon Aquarium

At Soon Soon Aquarium, we strive to provide high-quality products and services to all our customers. We understand that sometimes plans may change, and we are here to help. Please review our cancellation policy below:

1. Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)

• Customers may cancel their order within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

• To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately at +6011-7229 8912 or email us at [email protected] with your order number.

• Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and must follow our Return & Refund Policy instead.

2. Custom or Special Orders

• Cancellation of custom-built aquariums, made-to-order items, or pre-orders is not allowed once payment has been processed.

• A non-refundable deposit may apply for such custom items.

3. Live Fish or Livestock Orders

• Orders containing live fish or aquatic livestock are not eligible for cancellation or refund once processed, due to the sensitive nature of handling and transportation.

4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

• Approved cancellations (before shipment) will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable if the order has already been dispatched.

5. Cancellation by Soon Soon Aquarium

• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances such as stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
